Job summary

Arvato seeks a Business Support Specialist to optimize and improve system-driven processes in a high-tech logistics setting. You will focus on Warehouse Management Systems, coordinate with IT and stakeholders, and support project implementations.

You will translate business needs into system enhancements, test changes for quality, and act as a liaison between operations and IT while working in a dynamic international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• Experience with and affinity for IT systems (ERP/WMS); experience with SAP is a plus, as many of our customers operate within this environment.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in logistics, engineering, and automation.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate WMS-related change requests in collaboration with IT and stakeholders.
• Analyze business and operational needs and translate them into system and process improvements.
• Execute and support testing of system changes to ensure quality and performance.

YOUR TASKS
