Job summary

MCA Engineering GmbH is seeking a proactive Business Manager to grow its Dutch footprint from Eindhoven. You will identify and win industrial clients, shape a strategic account portfolio, and build relationships with engineering and procurement decision-makers.

You will also recruit top talent and support consultants to ensure successful project deployments. The role requires a degree in engineering or business, plus English proficiency; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree from engineering school, business school, or university Master’s program.
• Initial experience in business development, recruitment, or consulting is a plus.
• Professional English is essential; Dutch is a plus but not required.

Your profile:

• Degree from an engineering school, business school, or a university Master’s program.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional English is essential.
• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required.
