Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Анализировать данные по коммерческой деятельности и рыночные сигналы для выявления возможностей и рисков.
• Поддержка разработки новых продуктов и услуг, повышающих выручку и ценность для клиентов.
• Ведение кросс-функциональных проектов от этапа подготовки до выполнения, координация команд.
• Помощь в дизайне и внедрении коммерческих инициатив совместно с отделами и Sales/Legal/Finance.
• Структурировать гипотезы монетизации, определять метрики успеха и формировать рекомендации.
• Поддерживать документацию проектов и статусы по рабочим потокам.

JetBrains develops developer tools that automate routine checks and corrections, helping software developers work faster and create more effectively. Its Commercial Programs team supports commercial growth and strategic initiatives across monetization, pricing, customer segments, go-to-market, and cross-functional project execution.

Задачи

• Analyze commercial performance data and market signals to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks, and translate findings into actionable outputs;
• Support the development of new products and service offerings that enhance revenue and customer value;
• Own cross-functional strategic projects from scoping through execution, coordinating internal teams and aligning goals, timelines, and deliverables;
• Support the design and rollout of commercial initiatives with the four core divisions, other products, and Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations;
• Contribute to pricing and monetization experiments by structuring hypotheses, defining success metrics, tracking progress, and synthesizing results into recommendations;
• Maintain project documentation, issue tracking, and status reporting across workstreams;
• Align project priorities with the broader commercial strategy in collaboration with the Business Development Lead and other team members;
• Facilitate communication between business functions and product or corporate teams, resolve roadblocks, and keep initiatives on track;
• Contribute to internal frameworks, guidelines, and best practices for designing and executing commercial programs;
• Provide commercial analysis, recommendations, and advisory support to internal stakeholders on an ad hoc or project basis.

Требования

• Experience in business development, commercial strategy, management consulting, product strategy, revenue operations, or a similar role, ideally in B2B or SaaS;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with commercial and product data, Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools, and SQL;
• Proven track record of leading or driving cross-functional projects from scoping through execution;
• Solid understanding of pricing, packaging, and monetization concepts;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to structure complex topics and present recommendations to senior stakeholders;
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel;
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy;
• Fluent English, spoken and written;
• Nice to have: additional languages, experience in software, developer tools, or technology companies.
