Do you enjoy working on complex issues at the intersection of technology and business, with a mindset focused on improving the status quo? Do you have experience or a demonstrable affinity with private markets and illiquid investments? Then we are looking for you. As a Business Analyst in Investment Management Technology & Analytics (IMTA) at Van Lanschot Kempen, you contribute to shaping and implementing our future-proof operating model for private markets. You work on both conceptual design and concrete delivery, translating strategic and operational issues into practical solutions.

• Analyze and structure complex business issues relating to private markets and illiquid investments.
• Conduct research into market practices and available solutions, and compare these with our internal solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
• Contribute to the design and further refinement of the target operating model (TOM), as part of a major ongoing migration project.
• Work on downstream capabilities such as client and fund reporting, and oversee the impact across the entire value chain.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops to align stakeholders on solutions.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to achieve effective implementation.
• Ensure consistency in the end-to-end operating model and its supporting processes.

Требования

• You are analytically strong, work in a structured way, take ownership and feel at home in an environment where collaboration is central.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
• Relevant experience with or a strong affinity for private markets / illiquid asset classes, particularly within investment management (for example, private equity, real estate, infrastructure).
• The ability to translate complex topics into clear insights and practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive, pragmatic attitude and the courage to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent command of English.
