Analyze real business data and help improve the way CI&D supports investment teams. Turn differences between Dynamics and the Mothersheet into clear insights and practical improvements. Learn how data quality, processes and technology come together at a leading asset manager. That is where you put your talents to work as an intern Business & Data Analyst – CI&D at Van Lanschot Kempen.

• Compare data from Dynamics with the Mothersheet and document differences.
• Investigate data quality issues and help identify their underlying causes.
• Translate findings into requirements, user stories and improvement proposals.
• Prepare clear analyses and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Use Copilot and other AI tools to speed up analyses and improve documentation.

Требования

• Analytical, curious and structured.
• You enjoy working with data, ask focused questions and can explain complex findings in a simple way.
• You take responsibility for your work and actively ask colleagues and stakeholders for feedback.
• You are studying Business Administration, Information Management, Data Science or a comparable field.
• You have basic experience with Excel, Power BI or another data analysis tool.
• You can structure information and translate findings into clear actions.
• You know how to use AI tools practically in your daily work.
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
