Responsibilities

A leading financial organisation strengthens its cyber resilience by translating AI-enabled threats, technological developments and regulatory requirements into learning, awareness and culture initiatives.

Задачи:

• Conduct learning needs analyses, stakeholder analyses and cybersecurity capability assessments;
• Identify knowledge, skills and behaviour gaps across different target audiences;
• Develop evidence-based and risk-based learning strategies aligned with organisational and security objectives;
• Design persona-driven interventions for employees, technical users and other audience segments;
• Translate threat intelligence, regulatory developments and complex cybersecurity topics into clear and actionable learning approaches;
• Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists, HR Learning & Development, risk teams, leadership and business stakeholders;
• Lead initiatives from initial analysis and design through implementation and evaluation;
• Measure and report on learning effectiveness, behavioural change and business impact;
• Advise stakeholders whether a challenge requires learning, awareness, process improvement or technical remediation.

Требования:

• University degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, Organisational Psychology or a related field;
• Proven experience with learning analysis, capability assessments, stakeholder analysis and gap analysis;
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risks and controls in complex enterprise IT environments;
• Good understanding of AI-enabled threats and their impact on employees, organisations and customers;
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to convert technical subject matter into clear business, risk and learning outcomes;
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
• Analytical, independent and comfortable taking ownership from initial assessment through delivery;
• Understanding of organisational dynamics and ability to bring different stakeholders together;
• Sound judgement to distinguish genuine learning needs from process or technology problems;
• Nice to have: experience measuring learning effectiveness and behavioural change.
