Responsibilities

Client is looking for a senior Business Developer Secure AI Learning who can translate emerging AI-related threat, technology developments and regulatory requirements into strategic awareness, education and culture initiatives that strengthen the resilience of our employees, organisation and customers against AI-enabled threats.

We are looking for an experienced business developer who combines expertise in learning and development with a solid understanding of the technical side of cybersecurity. In this role, you will help strengthen our organisation's cyber resilience by analysing capability gaps, identifying role- and risk-based learning needs, developing persona driven approaches and translating threat intelligence, regulatory developments and organisational priorities into effective awareness, education and culture initiatives.

Experience

• University degree in Information Security, Learning & Development, Educational Sciences, Organizational Psychology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Proven experience in learning analysis, capability assessments, stakeholder analysis and gap analyses.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, AI-enabled threats, risks, and controls within enterprise IT environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives/projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical content into clear business, risk and learning outcomes.
