Responsibilities

Hadrian is an offensive cybersecurity startup developing an autonomous Threat Exposure Management platform powered by agentic AI and a hacker's perspective. The platform continuously maps organizations' digital footprints, discovers risks, and prioritizes remediation to help security teams harden external attack surfaces.

Задачи

• Lead product discovery with customers, hackers, engineers, data analysts, sales, and customer success teams to identify product opportunities
• Translate customer problems and business objectives into product strategies, priorities, and actionable roadmaps
• Drive product delivery with engineering and design teams by refining requirements, scoping initiatives, and shipping high-impact solutions
• Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on customer and product insights
• Balance short-term customer needs with long-term product vision
• Facilitate cross-team alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery plans
• Contribute to Hadrian's overall product strategy
• Elevate product management practices across the organization
• Help define how autonomous security products evolve in an AI-shaped world

Требования

• 5-7 Years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment serving technical users
• Experience building products for developers, security practitioners, or other highly technical audiences
• Strong technical curiosity and comfort working with engineers, hackers, and data-driven teams
• Use of AI to accelerate workflows and improve decision-making while maintaining focus on customer value
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research and turning insights into product decisions
• Ability to work cross-functionally and bring clarity to ambiguity and competing priorities
• Strong product judgment and ability to make informed decisions with imperfect information
• Bias for action and ability to turn opportunities into outcomes in fast-moving environments
• Clear communication and ability to influence stakeholders across disciplines and organizational levels
• Nice to have: cybersecurity, offensive security, or security product experience, AI-enabled products or data-intensive platforms, developer tooling, APIs, cloud infrastructure or platform products, experience scaling product practices in high-growth startups or scale-ups, software engineering or another technical background, contributions to product communities, speaking engagements or thought leadership initiatives
