Job summary

Landal is seeking a Finance & Accounting BA to partner with the CIO and Business Technology team. You will own the lifecycle of NetSuite ERP and OneStream EPM implementations, from discovery to adoption.

You will bridge Finance and tech teams across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report, gathering requirements, translating to specs, and aligning end-to-end processes. Flexibility to work from home and park visits may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years BA experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong grasp of IFRS, SOX, GDPR controls.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or similar EPM a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Clear communicator with analytical and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Hospitality/multi-entity experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Identify process gaps, risks and inefficiencies, design optimized solutions.
• Map end-to-end processes across systems with domain BA alignment.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Digital teams and external vendors to align requirements.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT prep and go-live support.
• Occasionally visit parks to engage on-site with GMs and stakeholders.

About the role

Landal Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver business value through enterprise technology. This role sits at the heart of our Finance & Accounting ecosystem — covering NetSuite ERP, OneStream EPM, and their integrations — and gives you real ownership across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to adoption.

What will you do

You’ll act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes. Day to day, that means: Gathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions; Mapping end-to-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains; Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized; Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go‑live support; Occasionally visiting our parks to engage on-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders;

Required skills and experience

• A minimum of 3 years of BA experience in Finance & Accounting;


• Strong grasp of financial processes and controls (IFRS, SOX, GDPR);


• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus;


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps;


• Clear communicator with sharp analytical and facilitation skills;


• Fluent in English and Dutch;


• Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi‑entity environments is a bonus.

What we offer

• An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently;


• A salary between € 4,253 and € 6,076 gross per month on a full‑time basis*;

* A full‑time employment contract at Landal has a 38‑hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5‑day working week. If you have a part‑time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
