Job summary

Epic's newly renovated Den Bosch headquarters is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep offices running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and support building systems, using your tools and hands-on skills.

This role offers a dynamic, playful workspace with modern systems and opportunities for growth. Must live within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or be willing to relocate; relocation is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture)
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
