• MBO+/HBO in Facility Management with 2–3 years in a service environment.
• Experience in the educational sector is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Advise the Head of Facility Services and School Leadership on building maintenance, hard services, campus improvements, and process optimisation.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facilities and campus projects with internal leads and contractors.
• EstablishHealth, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards to ensure compliance with internal procedures and Dutch ARBO law.
• Consult with external vendors and contractors regarding quotations, contracts and execution of works.
• Lead the Emergency Response (BHV) Team, supervising responders during incidents or drills, coordinating training, and post-incident reporting.
