The Role: As Transportation & Facilities Coordinator, you play a crucial role in the coordination and organization of school events. You will coordinate school bus service and transportation for field trips & athletic trips for students. You are responsible for the calendar management of the school, and manage the school badge process. The Work: You are responsible for the coordination and monitoring of the entire student school bus service program. This work includes processing applications, dealing with bus complaints, informing students about the safety rules, and reconciliation of the school bus to ensure correct invoicing. You will work together with the Facilities Manager & Coordinator, Head of Cleaning, Head of Catering, and Head of Security to coordinate all school calendar activities. Together with the After School Activities Coordinator, you work on the scheduling of the after school activities and clubs.
