The International School of The Hague is seeking a friendly Concierge to join its on-site team. You will be the go-to contact for campus access, safety, and day-to-day operations, supporting a growing expansion project and a busy schedule.

The role welcomes flexible hours (part-time or full-time), English and Dutch language skills, and a service mindset. Previous concierge experience not required; hospitality passion is key.

Qualifications

• MBO level required.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Service-oriented with guest-relations focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for events and external suppliers.
• Open/close and security rounds of buildings.
• Carry out routine inspections and controls.
• Participate in BHV in emergencies.
• Coordinate with external staff on campus work.
• Collaborate with students and staff across campuses.
