Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Campus Lead in the Netherlands to provide frontline H&S support for project teams and ensure standards are applied on site. You will lead a small campus-based H&S team and partner with the Campus Project Director and client representatives to drive safety performance across the campus.

The role emphasizes leadership, incident investigations, risk reviews, and adherence to company policies while adapting to local regulatory requirements in Ireland/UK

Qualifications

12+ years in construction with H&S leadership
CMIOSH & IEMA membership or equivalent
Experience leading campus-level H&S teams
Strong incident investigation & learning background
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities

Provide campus-level H&S leadership and support to Campus Project Director
Interface with Client on H&S matters
Lead 2–4 campus H&S managers under you
Assist rollout of company H&S strategy
Ensure inspections, risk reviews and incident investigations
Monitor H&S performance and report findings
