Job summary

The Lobby Nesplein is seeking a Breakfast Chef to co-create breakfast and lunch dishes and ensure high quality and service. You will work with the Chef to develop the menu and uphold HACCP standards in a 75-seat setting.

Join a creative team in Amsterdam and contribute to seasonal menus, maintain food safety, and deliver consistent quality during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• You completed culinary school.
• You enjoy working in a team.
• You're fluent in Dutch and English.
• You are very creative and can find solutions to dietary wishes and allergies.
• You have knowledge of HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve dishes according to recipes during breakfast and lunch.
• Report to the Chef and are involved in the creation of the menu.
• Ensure, improve and uphold the quality and service of The Lobby Nesplein.
• Comply with and work according to HACCP.

About the job

As a Breakfast Chef you are co-responsible for preparing and serving dishes according to recipe during breakfast and lunch at The Lobby Nesplein with 75 seats.

You will report to the Chef and are involved in the creation of the menu. You will further be involved in ensuring, improving and upholding the quality and service of The Lobby. Also, complying with and working according to HACCP is of great importance.

About you
