LEONARDO ROYAL HOTEL AMSTERDAM is seeking a breakfast chef who thrives in the early hours and loves guests start-of-day energy.

You will prepare breakfast with local ingredients, contribute new ideas to the buffet, and maintain a clean kitchen in line with HACCP guidelines. The role is based at the Amsterdam location, with weekend and holiday flexibility expected.

Qualifications

• Chef training or at least 1 year of kitchen work experience.
• Energetic, cheerful and hospitality-driven, aiming to surprise guests each morning.
• Proactive and a born team player.
• Flexible with weekends and holidays, located near Amsterdam.
• HACCP knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

The newest hotel of our chain is located directly at metro station Overamstel. The location of this 4-star superior hotel is ideal: 5 minutes from the Zuidas and the RAI, 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Schiphol Airport. Job Requirements

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD BREAKFAST CHEF?

• You have completed a chef training course or at least 1 year of work experience in a kitchen.
• You are energetic, cheerful and HOSPITAL! For you, hospitality means going the extra mile. You are creative and try to surprise the guest every morning.
• You are proactive, a born team player.
• In addition, you are flexible and available on weekends and holidays, and you live in (near) Amsterdam.
• You have knowledge of HACCP.

To be considered for this role, applicants must be an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
