Qualifications

• Experienced cook with independent work style.

• Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and safety.
• Culinary school diploma (MBO level 3).
• Expert in egg preparations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations like a pro.
• Ensure breakfast buffet is fresh and appealing.
• Stay up to date with food trends and innovations.
• Monitor breakfast budget to control costs.
• Prepare and improve banqueting menus for breaks.
• Coordinate with F&B supervisors to keep operations smooth.
