What's the Role?

We’re looking for a superstar Breakfast Chef to join our team in the bustling port area of Rotterdam. You will work in a historic spice warehouse surrounded by the scents of India and the stunning architecture of the Dutch Manhattan.

You will be the master of smooth morning operations, delicious banqueting breaks, and tasty staff lunches.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Ensure the breakfast buffet is always fresh and fabulous.
• Stay up to date with the latest food trends and try new ideas.
• Keep an eye on the breakfast budget.
• Prepare and improve menus for banqueting breaks.
• Coordinate with F&B supervisors to keep everything running smoothly.
• Make sure our team receives delicious and nutritious lunches.

Work schedule: Fixed schedule with no evening shifts. Work hours are between 05:30 and 15:00, perfect for early risers.

• Experienced Cook – already worked independently as a chef.
