Job summary

NH Hotels & Resorts is seeking a breakfast chef (f/m/d) in The Netherlands to prepare mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering. You will set up the buffet, work alongside the F&B service team, and cook egg dishes for valued guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch and catering.
• Set up buffet in the restaurant with F&B service colleagues.
• Cook egg dishes and serve for guest favourites.
• Ensure the lunch service runs smoothly and guests have a great experience.
• Clean up and reset mise en place for the next shift, maintaining a tidy workspace.
