Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace is seeking a Breakfast Chef to prepare mise en place for breakfast, lunch and evening catering in a historic hotel. You will work early shifts with the F&B team and ensure guests enjoy a memorable breakfast experience.

English is required; Dutch is a plus. The role offers training, end-of-year bonuses and staff rates across our hotels, with opportunities to grow within the NH Collection brand.

Qualifications

• You are a cook at heart.
• You have passion for food and good communication.
• You enjoy developing yourself through training and practice.
• You remain calm in busy situations.
• You speak English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place for breakfast, lunch and dinner catering.
• Set up buffet in the restaurant with the F&B team.
• Ensure guests have a perfect experience from start to finish.
• Assist with lunch service and post-service cleanup.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain kitchen standards.
