NH Hotels & Resorts in Zandvoort, NL, is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our busy kitchen. You will prepare mise en place for breakfast, lunch and evening catering, set up the buffet with colleagues, and deliver warm, attentive service to our guests.

The role requires a passion for food, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm in busy periods. Dutch language skills are preferred, and opportunities for training and career growth are available across NH Hotels worldwide.

Your Roleat aGlance

04:30Your alarm goes off and you get ready for your shift.
05:45You are in the kitchen and grab yourself a cup of coffee to start with.
06:00Together with your colleague from the F&B service you set up the buffet in the restaurant.
07:00The first guests arrive; you prepare a delicious egg dish for one of your favorite regular guests.
10:45After the final guests leave the breakfast restaurant, you clean up where possible and prepare the mise en place for the following day.
11:15If necessary, you prepare a (sandwich) lunch for the meeting and event guests.
11:30Enjoy your lunch with colleagues from other departments.
12:00The lunch in the restaurant has started and you ensure they have a perfect experience from start to finish.
13:30The last guests leave, and you and the team make sure the mise en place is in order for the next shift and your workplace is neat and clean.
14:00Time to go home!
