As a breakfast chef (f/m/d), you will be responsible for preparing the mise en place for breakfast, lunch and evening catering.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place for breakfast, lunch and evening catering.
• Set up the buffet in the restaurant with the Food & Beverage service team.
• Cook and prepare egg dishes for regular guests and ensure a high standard of food quality during service.
• Support the team in cleaning and resetting the mise en place for the following day.
• Prepare and serve (sandwich) lunches for meeting and event guests when necessary.
• Ensure guests have a perfect dining experience from the start to finish of each service.
• Keep work areas neat and ready for the next shift.
