Rituals is seeking a Trade Marketeer Travel Retail to act as the operational and analytical backbone of the Travel Retail Marketing team from Amsterdam. You will plan, coordinate and evaluate campaigns across regions, ensuring assets and timelines meet local requirements and regional goals.

In this role you will turn campaign data into actionable recommendations that improve performance and ROI, working with Trade Marketing, Commercial teams and Head Office stakeholders in an international

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, project management, retail, FMCG.
• Strong project management skills, coordinating stakeholders, timelines and dependencies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Experience in Travel Retail, Retail or FMCG is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the planning and rollout of Travel Retail campaigns across regions and partners.
• Own end-to-end operational creative briefing process and align timelines and assets.
• Maintain trade marketing calendars and handovers to regional teams and Account Managers.
• Monitor readiness, risks and opportunities for campaign launches.
• Lead collection and analysis of campaign results and develop dashboards for reviews.
• Support development of partner marketing plans and activation proposals.
