The Brand Media Coordinator ensures the brand media team's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role owns agency coordination, campaign and asset operations, reporting, and budget tracking - acting as the operational backbone of the brand media function. This is an entry-level role suited to someone with agency account management experience looking to move client-side.
YOUR TASKS
Main Accountabilities
Agency & Partner Management
- Own day-to-day agency requests and coordination, including briefings, execution meetings, status check-ins, aiding on QBRs
- Support agency briefing processes and follow-up across media and creative partners
Brand & Campaign Planning Coordination
- Coordinate brand planning inputs and internal stakeholder/ meeting alignment
- Support cross-functional taskforces on media plans, asset needs, and testing timelines
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across stakeholders
Digital Asset Operations
- Own full-funnel asset delivery: briefing creative and design teams, coordinating collection of deliverables, and managing delivery timelines
- Identify and drive process improvements in content/asset workflows alongside the Senior Brand Media Manager
Reporting & Data
- Aid in ongoing improvements with Senior Brand Media Manager to consolidate and streamline campaign and agency reporting for internal stakeholders
- Support Dentsu campaign dataflow to power MMM and dashboard reporting accuracy
- Support brand tracker inputs and ad-hoc reporting requests
Budget & Finance
- Track and reconcile media budget spend vs. plan
- Manage invoice coding and processing
Optimization Support
- Support execution of campaign optimization and A/B testing initiatives
- Help identify and explore new taxctics and channel opportunities
CORE KPIs
- Timeliness and accuracy of campaign and agency reporting
- Budget tracking accuracy and invoice processing turnaround
- On-time asset delivery against campaign timelines
- Quality and consistency of agency coordination
- Stakeholder satisfaction across creative, agency, and internal partners
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in media, digital marketing, or account management - ideally as an Account Executive at an agency
- Experience coordinating agency and partner relationships.
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
- Comfort working with budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking processes
- Exposure to media reporting, media analysis is a plus
