Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in the Benelux region is seeking an Associate Brand Lead – Consumables Benelux to own end-to-end management of CO2, Flavors and Bottles across Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg.

You will partner with Brand, Commercial and DX teams to develop local growth plans, lead go-to-market strategies, manage campaigns and ensure local market execution across channels, while aligning with broader regional priorities and global innovation input.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand, marketing or category roles within Benelux markets.
• Fluent English with native Dutch; French desirable.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong commercial mindset and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce and agencies.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience briefing agencies and supporting campaign development.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management and performance of the Benelux Consumables categories (CO2, Flavors and Bottles).
• Support development of local category growth plans with Brand, Commercial and DX teams.
• Monitor category performance, trends and opportunities to support growth and repeat purchase.
• Partner with Analytics & Insights to identify opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Feed into global innovation development representing local needs and opportunities.
• Lead local go-to-market planning and execution for consumables launches.
