Bon Ton Toys (B Corp) is seeking an experienced Brand Designer (DTP) to maintain our visual identity and production quality. You will deliver brand-consistent packaging and assets, build reusable templates, and support design across campaigns while ensuring licensor guidelines are followed.

You’ll work with the Brand & Digital Marketing Manager, report to the Head of Marketing & Brand, and help elevate the premium sustainable brand in our Amsterdam office with occasional home-based days.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of DTP, packaging or production design experience.
• Ability to work within brand and licensor guidelines.
• Experience delivering on-brand design across packaging and assets.

Responsabilidades

• Produce packaging and product design across collections.
• Maintain templates and design system with libraries.
• Prepare files for print and liaise with Design Studio.
• Advise teams on brand visual standards and licensor guidance.
