Mollie is seeking a Creative Director to lead and evolve our Brand Design function across Europe. You’ll shape the global brand, ensure consistency across channels, and drive craft excellence with speed and scale.

You’ll head an in-house studio of 5–8 designers, partner with Marketing, Product, Growth and leadership, and bring AI into ideation, production and iteration while maintaining the highest quality. You’ll grow the team and evolve our visual identity as we expand.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading and scaling in-house design teams or creative studios.
• Strong portfolio showing brand, campaign and digital work.
• Exceptional creative judgement and taste with a clear point of view on what great looks like.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and brand frameworks.
• Operational strength in planning, prioritization, resourcing and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience applying AI in creative workflows.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
