Job summary

Mollie is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Specialist to connect executive leadership, People, and regional hubs across Europe. You will shape the narrative around major integrations and build high-impact internal channels in a hybrid environment for 1,500+ employees.

You will own editorial calendars, ghostwrite strategic updates, and develop data dashboards to inform leadership decisions, while leveraging AI to scale workflows and keep messaging clear across multiple European hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee experience, or corporate comms.
• Outstanding native or near-native English writing and editing skills with ability to adopt distinct voices for exec management.
• Proven track record partnering with executive management on sensitive change management and post-merger integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Slack, Notion, intranet platforms, and survey tools, plus data analytics.
• Excellent understanding and confidence using AI to enhance and scale your work.
• Fintech/payments sector background or digital design/HTML formatting is a bonus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver communication plans for employee and business initiatives across Mollie.
• Maintain an internal editorial calendar and governance for Slack channels.
• Produce All Hands meetings end-to-end, including decks, speaker prep, and Q&A.
• Ghostwrite for announcements, change narratives, and sensitive organizational updates.
• Create data-driven engagement dashboards with leadership-ready insights.
• Foster a high-energy culture and clearer messaging across HR/People, product, engineering, and exec leadership.
