Qualifications

• Ten years+ across video, motion, or design with direction and production experience.
• Recent work directed with generative AI that stands as creative work.
• Deep knowledge of current tooling and judgment about where it breaks.
• Ability to build a workflow others can use.

Responsibilities

• Define how AI-native production is made and prove it by hands-on creation.
• Lead video, motion, and design across campaigns and product storytelling.
• Develop a repeatable method so the team can reuse the approach across projects.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and brand designers to scale capabilities.
