Job summary

TAVO Pets is seeking a passionate Brand Ambassador & Junior Sales Associate to support European growth, with a focus on the Nordic region. You will train retail staff, conduct in-store activations, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

As a developmental role in a premium consumer brand, you will work with the European Commercial Team to increase brand presence, drive sell-through, and identify growth opportunities across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in brand ambassador, field sales, account support, or retail management.
• Fluent Dutch and English required; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for TAVO brands across Europe with focus on Nordic markets.
• Deliver product training to retail staff, distributors, and partners.
• Support territory growth with retailers, onboarding, and account development.
• Travel extensively across Europe to visit retailers and events.
• Represent the brand at trade shows and consumer events.
