Rowles Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced BMC Helix ITSM Developer to join a Netherlands-based technical team delivering and supporting enterprise BMC solutions. The role is hands-on, requiring strong Remedy/Helix ITSM development experience, ownership of delivery, and direct customer interactions to design and implement robust ITSM configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' professional experience with BMC Remedy and/or BMC Helix ITSM.
• Hands-on development, configuration and support of BMC ITSM solutions.
• Solid ITSM knowledge: Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, CMDB, and SLAs.
• Experience working with customers in a technical environment.
• Fluent Dutch and English; based in the Netherlands with right to work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and customise BMC Helix ITSM/Remedy to meet customer needs.
• Design and develop workflows, forms, and integrations.
• Enhance and troubleshoot BMC Helix environments.
• Integrate BMC Helix with other systems via APIs.
• Contribute to technical design decisions across projects.
• Engage with customer teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Provide progress updates, risks and solutions to customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customers.
• Share knowledge and promote best practices.
