Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Product Manager based in Europe with deep blockchain experience. You will own the overall product execution for our aggregation platform, coordinating with engineering, business development, QA, and data teams to drive performance and reliability.

You will onboard new liquidity providers and integrate ecosystems, translating complex requirements into clear tickets and actionable plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in technically complex environments.
• Mandatory blockchain experience and understanding of its ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with external partners.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Attention to detail and proactive identification of inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them in product workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Collaborative mindset with ownership and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own execution quality across the aggregation product and define performance standards.
• Lead onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems from opportunities to launch.
• Translate business objectives into clear product specs and engineering tickets.
• Monitor API behavior, tool performance, and transaction outcomes to detect issues.
• Build relationships with external partners including DEXs and liquidity providers.
• Collaborate with BD, QA, and data teams to align priorities and resolve issues.
• Analyze product performance data to identify trends and make decisions.
• Own product initiatives from discovery to delivery with high execution standards.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture that values learning from experimentation.
