Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, ideally at a fintech or regulated tech business.
• Experience in building or scaling operational systems in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with regulatory work translating requirements into processes.

Responsibilities

• Build operational infrastructure for market expansion.
• Turn regulatory requirements into repeatable systems.
• Automate processes to reduce manual work.
