Job summary

TNO Defence, Safety & Security in The Hague/The Netherlands seeks a Business Developer Autonomous Systems & Decision Support to shape national and international defence projects, including NATO/EDF frameworks. You will orchestrate opportunities, build stakeholder networks and translate Defence needs into concrete programs.

You combine strategic mindset with entrepreneurial drive, excel at coordinating diverse teams, and engage with public sector and industry across borders.
