Job summary

GenScript Europe Division, headquartered in the Netherlands, seeks a Master’s graduate to join as Technical Account Representative in Rijswijk. You will bridge customers and internal teams, supporting Sales, Production, Project Management, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to deliver tailored quotations.

This role starts with two months onsite training in Rijswijk, followed by a hybrid schedule: three days remote, two onsite.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Cell biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular biology or life science.
Hands-on lab experience with molecular biology/biochemistry techniques.
Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Previous industry experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Take charge of daily operation of customer service handling inquiries on orders, technical support and related topics.
Provide primary technical advice to customers and interpret their requirements for quotations.
Collaborate with Sales Account Manager and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Occasionally attend trade shows and give technical presentations to customers.
