Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Extensive hands-on lab experience in molecular biology & biochemistry.
- Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of daily customer service operations for inquiries, orders, complaints, and technical support.
- Provide technical advice and translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Production, PM, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance; prepare quotations.
