Job summary

MBP Solutions in Gouda, NL is seeking a technically oriented Sales Manager to grow our renewable fuels portfolio and support a new production facility. You will secure feedstock supply, develop markets across Europe, and lead technical‑commercial discussions with customers and partners, combining product knowledge with practical problem solving in a fast‑moving environment.

The role offers hybrid working in the Netherlands, with cross‑border collaboration and a clear path to influence strategy

Qualifications

At least five years’ experience in trading, account management or business development in a relevant technical‑commercial environment.
Fluent English (C1) and ideally German (C1) as minimums.
Hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach with technical understanding of products and applications.

Responsibilities

Secure feedstock supply for MBP’s new NL facility.
Develop relationships with biodiesel producers across Europe.
Drive sales of bio marine fuel and identify new market opportunities.
Collaborate with our processing partner in Germany.
Support development of new fuel products and applications.
Lead technical‑commercial discussions on product specs and feedstock characteristics.
Coordinate with Quality, Operations and external partners on feedstocks and solutions.
Navigate sustainability requirements including RED III, FuelEU Maritime, and EU ETS.
