We are an Amsterdam-based design and construction company focused on innovative, sustainable residential projects. To support our growing portfolio, we’re looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to help bridge design and execution through smart, high-quality model management.

What You’ll Do

As BIM Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the technical development of our projects. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure models are well-coordinated, buildable, and meet project standards. You'll facilitate smooth collaboration across teams and tools, ensuring efficient workflows and accurate data exchange.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage BIM models throughout all project phases
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration between internal and external teams
• Ensure model quality, clash detection, and technical accuracy
• Handle data and information exchange using Revit and/or Archicad
• Contribute to improving BIM workflows, templates, and standards
• Guide team members on BIM best practices

What You Bring

• 5+ years of BIM coordination experience
• Strong skills in Revit and/or ArchiCAD
• Structural/ Construction background preferable
• Knowledge of Dutch building regulations and ILS standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, precise, and solution-oriented
• Fluent in Dutch, And English preferrable
