DRAFTSMAN – Revit Specialist ONSITE Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced Draftsman/Proyectista with a strong background in civil and industrial projects to be based ONSITE, to join a major infrastructure project. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who is confident working with Revit and producing detailed shop drawings and technical documentation from BIM models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage Revit models and links ensuring consistency and accuracy across the project.
• Handle model positioning, coordinates, and manage worksharing in Revit.
• Produce detailed 2D technical documentation and drawings from 3D models.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of information.
• Provide problem-solving solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality in deliverables.

Essential Software Skills:

• Autodesk Revit – expert level for BIM modeling and drafting.
• Autodesk AutoCAD 2D – essential for 2D technical drawing production.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in drafting and project design within civil and/or industrial environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordination within a large-scale, complex project.
• High level of autonomy and proactive approach to work.
