Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Freelance/ZZP BIM Coordinator to join an innovative construction organisation in the Netherlands. You will act as the link between design, engineering and construction teams, ensuring BIM processes run smoothly and project information is coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

You should have 2–3+ years of BIM coordination experience, strong Revit skills, and familiarity with Navisworks or Solibri.

We are looking for a Freelance or ZZP BIM Coordinator to join a forward-thinking construction organisation that is driving digital transformation across major building projects. What you'll be doing

As a BIM Coordinator, you'll act as the link between design, engineering, project preparation, construction teams and external stakeholders. You'll ensure BIM processes run smoothly and that project information remains accurate and coordinated throughout every stage of the project.

• Coordinating and integrating BIM models from multiple disciplines.
• Performing clash detection and model quality checks using industry-leading software.
• Managing and maintaining project information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Supporting engineers and project teams with BIM-related challenges.
• Leading and participating in BIM coordination meetings.
• Identifying opportunities to improve BIM workflows and digital processes.
• Supporting innovation initiatives, including BIM automation, AI integration, parameterisation, and model-based estimating and documentation.

What you need:

• MBO+ or HBO degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Construction or a related discipline.
• 2–3+ years of experience in BIM coordination, modelling, engineering or work preparation.
• Strong experience with Revit.
• Experience with Navisworks, Solibri or similar BIM software.
• Good understanding of BIM standards, model coordination and digital collaboration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
