Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Billing Coordinator in the Netherlands to manage financial administration for the operations team and ensure accurate invoicing. You will handle contract logistics invoices, costing, and purchase orders, while resolving vendor invoice disputes and maintaining correct cost centers.

Ideal candidates have MBO4/HBO-level education, strong Dutch and English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Independent execution of financial administrative processes of the operational team and ensure full, correct invoicing.
• Create invoices for contract logistics.
• Accurate and timely job costing.
• Create, maintain, check, revise and adjust purchase orders.
• Maintain cost center accuracy for all purchase-related invoices and other invoices.
• Handle finance disputes on vendor invoices.
• Create and register credit notes according to signing powers.
• Identify and report irregularities concerning customer invoicing and buying/selling rates.
• Serve as the operational key user for financial systems and a primary contact for operational finance questions.
