Rider Levett Bucknall in Amsterdam is seeking a motivated Billing Coordinator to join our European finance admin team. The role focuses on contract and billing support, handling invoices, and using D365 to streamline processes across the region.

You will work in a busy office environment with hybrid working arrangements, contributing to accurate financial records and timely client invoicing while developing your skills in a collaborative, professional culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance administration and invoicing workflows.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience with D365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of D365 for contract and billing purposes throughout the region.
• Management of the European Interim Fee Forecast & D365, set up manual project numbers for European contracts and opportunities.
• Creation of invoices and credit notes on invoicing platforms.
• Finalise end-to-end invoice process and chase to ensure information is provided.
• Maintain invoice storage and update internal trackers.
