Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Patient Services Representative to support onboarding and ongoing care for people living with diabetes. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure patient needs are met and retention remains high, using calls, emails, and data monitoring.

The role emphasizes multilingual Dutch and English communication, with a focus on patient support and advocacy across the onboarding journey and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR at least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center or similar.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to multitask and access customer data quickly during calls.
• Basic to intermediate math skills to assist with statistics.

Responsibilities

• Onboard patients with The Field and monitor at-risk individuals.
• Monitor Helpline activity and data to identify patients needing support.
• Measure success via retention, learning metrics, quality scores and satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to support patient needs.
