MiniMed Distribution Corp. 1018 is seeking a Dutch-speaking Patient Services Representative to provide compassionate customer support for people with diabetes relying on MiniMed therapies.

You will join a multilingual service delivery team and help maintain high-quality product knowledge, troubleshooting, and responsive service. The role emphasizes empathy, effective communication, and the ability to navigate multiple systems to access customer data while meeting KPI targets.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of customer service or support experience in a contact center, office or helpdesk environment or relevant work experience where experience was gained using SAP and/or MS Office.
• Completion of secondary school.
• Strong oral and written language skills in: Dutch and English
• Effective multi-tasking (navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during call).
• Experience in troubleshooting / services in contact center /helpdesk is preferred

Mansioni

• Using proficient disease and therapy knowledge to support customers to deliver safe and reliable customer service and product oriented technical support for MiniMed Diabetes customers.
• Responding to inquiries from customers concerning product operation, troubleshooting, specifications, warranty, and parts/accessories.
• Ensuring on or above-target compliance with call quality standards and manage time effectively by prioritizing calls, follow-up, and administrative tasks to achieve team and individual KPI.
• Effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues and answering questions according to department protocols and requirements.
• Coordinating the return flow for all Diabetes products for quality analysis and documenting customer feedback and troubleshooting completed.
