BYD Europe is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to terms, and offboarding. You will prepare contracts, coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding, and maintain accurate records in HR systems.

The role requires fluency in Chinese and English, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and advanced functions), and a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to HR processes within a European operations context.

Formación

• Experience as HR Generalist, HR Officer, HR Administrator or similar HR operations role.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English, with ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and English-speaking colleagues.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, IF functions, data validation and handling large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, changes to terms and offboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding arrangements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Support departures, probation management and related processes.
• Prepare regular HR reports and data summaries and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
