• Fluency in both English and French required.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset for handling escalations.

Responsibilities

• Managing and resolving customer claims and service-related requests.
• Investigating delivery issues and coordinating follow-up actions.
• Maintaining contact with customers regarding order and delivery status.
• Working closely with Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing and Transportation teams.
• Supporting return processes and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Identifying trends in customer issues and escalating recurring challenges.
• Contributing to continuous improvements within customer operations processes.
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and ownership.
