Job summary

Swapfiets is seeking a service expert to join our store team and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members while helping set up new subscriptions and supporting in-store sales.

You will keep the shop clean and organized, perform small bike repairs, and maintain preventive maintenance so members can continue riding smoothly. English is required, and you’ll work at least 32 hours weekly with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Affinity with bikes and service.
• Understand and speak English.
• Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week on weekdays, with occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members.
• You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues.
• Providing sales through service and identifying what product(s) would best fit the member, to contribute to our commercial targets.
• You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized.
• Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets bikes in the store, so our members can happily keep biking.
