Job summary

Swapfiets is seeking a service-focused team member to join our store and deliver outstanding customer care while assisting with subscriptions and small bike repairs. You will be the first contact for members and help ensure a smooth, friendly experience.

You will contribute to sales by matching products to customer needs, keep the shop organized, and participate in regular team activities and growth opportunities within a fast-growing sustainable company.

Qualifications

• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week including some Saturdays.
• Fluent in English or able to communicate effectively with members.
• Affection for bikes and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members.
• Be the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping set up subscriptions or resolve issues.
• Identify suitable products to meet member needs and support commercial targets.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and organized.
• Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance.
