Job summary

Swapfiets in the Netherlands is looking for a Swapper to drive around by van, car or bike, delivering bikes to customers and helping repair them on-site. You’ll provide excellent service and keep bikes in top condition as part of a fast-growing team.

We require a valid driving license, ability to work at least 32 hours a week on weekdays, and good English and/or Dutch. Swapfiets offers a lease bike, team events, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license for at least 6 months.
• Ability to work at least 32 hours per week on weekdays.
• Affinitiy with bikes and service.

Responsibilities

• Drive around by van, car or bike delivering bikes to customers and helping with on-site repairs.
• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance on Swapfiets bikes.
• Perform easy on-site repairs of Swapfiets bikes.
• Promote additional products to increase basket value.
