Job summary

Swapfiets is seeking a flexible Service & Store Associate in Utrecht to deliver top-notch bike service and customer support in-store and on the go. You will help new subscribers get set up, troubleshoot member issues, and drive sales by recommending suitable products.

The role involves bike maintenance tasks, store upkeep, and occasional city travel by car. You should have a driver's license, be available on Saturdays, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Occasional Saturday availability.
• Fluent in English or able to communicate.
• Affinity with bikes and service mindset.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members.
• Be the first point of contact for (potential) members and help them set up a new subscription or resolve issues.
• Provide sales through service and identify products that fit the member's needs.
